The HNI Pyramid

HUMAN Network INDIA ( HNI ) has designed its Task force ( for almost all projects ) in a three layered pyramid with a wide base, following gender equality. These Pyramid Organizational System of One Hundred and Thirty personnel can be explained with the help of the following vertical chart:

The TOP layer [ Strategic Planning Level ] – composed of ten highly skilled expert Management Professionals, who bestow their vast action experience sharing on their underlying group.

The MIDDLE layer [ Management Control Level ] – composed of twenty skilled Technicians, Engineers and Management Personnel. This is the executive level of each action plan. Specializations on the ten tools of HNI are to be interacted by this level.

The BOTTOM layer [ Operational Control Level ] – composed of hundred Management Graduates and Engineers. They form the most important functional level as they interact directly with the stakeholders of the HNI model – Enterprise Global Bengal and are firmly responsible in Cluster and MSME Development, as per the action sharing with other two levels.
